Here are some Frequently asked questions about Marshfest. If you need to reach out, please fill out the contact form here
How do I get to MarshFest?
MarshFest 2024 is being held at Marshfield Cricket Club – Broadleys on the edge of Marshfield. The address is Marshfield Cricket Club/Broadleys, Ashwicke Road, Marshfield, SN14 8AB and we’ll have limited parking on-site.
Can I drive?
We’ll have limited parking on-site. Please do try to avoid the car if you can!
What are the timings for the big day?
We’ll be announcing the full line up timings soon, but the gates are opening at 12:30pm on Saturday 14th Sept, and we’re running until 10:30pm. Keep an eye on social media and this site for more information.
What food will be available?
We’ll have a great range of options on site so please support our local stallholders! Check out the food and drink section of this site for more info
Can I pay using my credit card?
Yes, yes, and yes! We take card transactions across the site – and we’re asking people to please buy tickets in advance if at all possible Buy your tickets online now.
What happens if MarshFest is forced to cancel?
If MarshFest is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please rest assured you will have the option to either rollover your tickets to the next festival or request a refund. We hope that this gives you confidence in booking a ticket.
How do I get my tickets?
Please buy tickets in advance if at all possible. Tickets are avaiable on the door, where we accept credit card payments, but they are cheaper when purchased in advance
Can I buy tickets on the day?
It would really help us if you can buy tickets in advance – the more we sell, the better we can make MarshFest! If you do leave it until the day please be aware tickets are more expensive on the door.
Will there be event security?
Yes, we’ll have security in the evening as usual.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No thanks! In the spirit (excuse the pun) of MarshFest all food and drink sales help us to raise money. So please come and eat, drink and be merry! Due to event licencing restictions we will have to ask you to leave if consuming your own alcohol at Marshfest
What happens if it rains?
A bit of rain doesn’t phase us! Seriously, we will have some cover but we are an outdoor festival, so if it’s looking like rain make like Glastonbury revellers and dig out the wellies.
Is MarshFest a child-friendly festival?
Yes, it’s a fully family-friendly festival. Here’s the entertainment we’re planning.
Can I bring my dog to MarshFest?
We really really really would rather Fido stayed safe at home. It’s going to be loud and busy and confusing for dogs. We have a lot of young children, some with specual needs that may not respect your dogs threat boundaries. If you must bring a dog, please keep accompanied on a short lead at all times. We reserve the right to ask for your dog to be removed.
How can you contact the MarshFest team?
