FAQs

How do I get to MarshFest? Can I drive?

MarshFest 2024 is being held at Marshfield’s cricket pitch – Broadleys on the edge of Marshfield. The address is Marshfield Cricket Club/Broadleys, Ashwicke Road, Marshfield, SN14 8AB and we’ll have limited parking on-site.

What are the timings for the big day?

We’ll be announcing the full line up timings soon. Keep an eye on social media and this site for more information.

What food will be available?

We’ll have a great range so please support our local stallholders! See all the food and drink so far.

Can I pay using my credit card?

Yes, in fact we’d prefer that and we’re asking people to please buy tickets in advance if at all possible. Link to be shared soon.

What happens if MarshFest is forced to cancel?

While we remain optimistic that our event plans can be adapted to produce a safe and Covid compliant festival, if MarshFest is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please rest assured you will have the option to either rollover your tickets to the next festival or request a refund. We hope that this gives you confidence in booking a ticket.

How do I get my tickets?

The link to buy tickets will be opening soon.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

It would really help us if you can buy tickets in advance – the more we sell, the better we can make MarshFest! If you do leave it until the day please be aware tickets are more expensive on the door.

Will there be event security?

Yes, we’ll have security in the evening as usual.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No thanks! In the spirit (excuse the pun) of MarshFest all food and drink sales help us to raise money. So please come and eat, drink and be merry!

What happens if it rains?

A bit of rain doesn’t faze us! Seriously, we will have some cover but we are an outdoor festival, so if it’s looking like rain make like Glastonbury revellers and dig out the wellies.

Is MarshFest a child-friendly festival?

Yes, it’s a fully family-friendly festival. Here’s the entertainment we’re planning.

Can I bring my dog to MarshFest Recut?

No thank you – it’s not a dog-friendly event so leave Fido at home where he can enjoy a bit more peace and quiet.
